Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment package with Laser Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Deposits, Bookings & Cancellations

  • A £20 deposit is required to secure each appointment.
  • The £20 deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost after you attend and complete your appointment.
  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for missed consultations, no-shows, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.
  • A £50 session cancellation fee may apply when the required notice has not been provided.

Treatment Packages

  • Laser Hair Removal, Laser Facial, Microneedling, Chemical Peel and all other treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of the first treatment.
  • Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold or given to another person.
  • If you become pregnant or develop a medical condition that prevents treatment, please provide supporting evidence. We may extend your package validity or allow the remaining balance to be used towards other available services.

Package Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you decide not to continue with your package, a valid reason must be provided.
  • Any completed sessions will be charged at the full standard single-session rate.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of treatments already received and any applicable charges.

Promotional Offers & Instalment Plans

  • Clients using promotional offers or instalment plans must make all agreed payments on time.
  • Missed or incomplete payments may result in the promotional price or instalment plan being cancelled.
  • Any treatments already received will be recalculated at the full standard single-session price, and payments already made will be applied towards that amount.
  • Future appointments may be cancelled or refused until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Medical & Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies and medications before treatment.
  • Please inform us if you are pregnant, taking antibiotics or using photosensitive medication.
  • Treatment may be postponed or refused when it is not considered safe or suitable.
  • For facial laser treatments, avoid retinol, exfoliating acids and similar active products for at least seven days before treatment, unless advised otherwise.
  • Laser hair removal treatment areas must be shaved within 24 hours before the appointment. Shaving is not provided in the clinic.
  • Clients must attend appointments with the treatment area clean and free from makeup, creams, oils, deodorant or fake tan where applicable.

Late Arrivals

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time, cancellation of the appointment or loss of the deposit.
  • Full treatment results cannot be guaranteed when treatment time is reduced because of a late arrival.

Treatment Results

  • Treatment results vary between clients and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The number of sessions required will depend on the treatment area, skin type, hair type, hormones, medical conditions and individual response.
  • Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions to reduce the risk of side effects and support the best possible results.

Acceptance

By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, attending a consultation or purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
